WHAT I WORE TO LAW SCHOOL ORIENTATION

This past week marked the beginning of the next three years of my life: law school orientation! I met all my fellow classmates, learned about case briefs, outlines, student organizations, moot court, law review, and experienced both the challenges and the excitement of obtaining a legal education.

Though I could spend this entire blog post discussing what I learned during orientation, this article will focus on the outfits I wore and hopefully provide some inspiration for your own law school journey! All of my outfits are affordable yet , fashionable. Perfect for a struggling law student!

Just a disclaimer: All law schools have different norms. I attend law school in South Florida, where the dress code for orientation is a bit more business casual. Some law schools, however, might require you to wear a pantsuit every day. Please check with your own law school before taking inspiration from my outfits.

Our orientation agenda included a dress code for all three days, as follows:

Day One: Business

Day Two: Business Casual

Day Three: Spirit/Athletic Outfit

I’ll only cover my outfits for the first two days, as these are the more professional looks, while Day Three simply involved wearing a school spirit shirt. All links will be provided beneath each image for your reference.

DAY ONE

Bag: Is an old tote bag from Macy’s! I don’t have the exact link.

As a SHEIN Campus Ambassador , I love shopping through them for back to school especially when I’m on a budget and need something quick. Be sure to use my reference code (US82400E) when placing your order! #Ad.

I hope to continue to post more outfits as I attend more professional events (Business Formal) and even my first week of classes. Good luck to all my class of 2027 1L’s, we got this! Wishing us a very slay, very cutesy, very demure semester.
